Privacy, held softly.

BelleReflect Atelier ("BelleReflect", "we", "our") is the data controller for the personal information processed through this application. BelleReflect is based in Denmark. For any privacy enquiry, contact support@bellereflect.com.

Selfies you upload. Stored only after you tick an explicit consent box, used solely to generate your analysis and makeover previews.

Account data. Email address and authentication tokens when you sign in.

Generated previews. The AI renderings produced from your selfie and your saved favourites.

Anonymous session id. A local identifier so guest sessions can hold a temporary collection before you sign in.

Original selfies. The photos you upload to the app are stored securely so we can generate your personalised style analysis and makeover previews.

AI-generated previews. Any images created by the app from your selfies are stored so you can view, compare, and save them.

Saved looks. Styles and looks you save to your gallery are stored so you can revisit them at any time.

You retain ownership of your original photos and any AI-generated images created within the app.

We process your selfie to perform the contract you request — generating personal style guidance — under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and we treat the image with the heightened care due to a biometric identifier even though we do not run facial recognition or biometric matching against any database.

The app currently does not use third-party AI service providers to process user images.

Third-party AI providers may be integrated in future versions of the app. If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated and users will be informed where legally required.

Images and account data are stored while your user account remains active.

You can delete individual saved looks at any time from your gallery.

If you delete your account, all associated selfies, AI-generated images, gallery items, and account data are permanently removed within a reasonable period.

Guest-session uploads are retained for 30 days before automatic removal. Authentication records follow our security-log retention of 90 days.

You may at any time access, correct, export, restrict, or erase your data. You may withdraw a previously given consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

The fastest route is the Privacy & data page inside the app, which lets you delete your selfies, previews, and full account in a single action.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

You can permanently delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes your user profile, uploaded selfies, AI-generated previews, saved looks, and all associated personal data.

Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, your data cannot be recovered.

You can access this feature from Account Settings.

We do not sell personal data. Limited processors — our cloud hosting and our AI inference gateway — receive only what is strictly necessary to deliver the service, under written data processing agreements with appropriate safeguards for any transfer outside the EEA.

Images are stored over TLS in access-controlled object storage. Row-level security limits each account to its own records. We do not claim, and you should not assume, perfect security; please use an image you are comfortable processing.

BelleReflect is intended for adults aged 16 and above. Do not upload selfies of minors without parental consent and a legitimate reason.
